Wedding Pricing Information
Because each wedding is unique we do not currently offer set packages, instead we meet with you to discuss what your needs are and how we can offer you the best value for your wedding photography budget. Our pricing begins around $2500 while a typical full coverage collection will be in the $3500 range and includes a custom album and digital files. We will work with you to put together a collection that is right for you. With so many variables we find that it is difficult to try to box everything together into two or three selections. For instance:
-Do you want just the ceremony and reception covered or would you like to have your rehearsal and preparations the day of the wedding covered? Some of the best moments are captured as you prepare yourself to join that special someone you will call your husband or your wife. These “behind the scenes” images are often some of the most cherished and their inclusion often serve to pull the entire day together. And do you need many small prints or perhaps just a few large prints or an album?
-Is the wedding local or perhaps it is a destination wedding? Wouldn’t you prefer to have someone you have consulted with taking the pictures that will preserve the day rather than someone a hotel pulls out of their binder? Destination coverage is easily handled and is often more affordable than you may imagine.
-Just as preparation coverage can play an important role, perhaps you would like to consider a “morning after” session. These are becoming more popular as couples are finding they are much more relaxed and the idea of capturing their first day together can be as exciting as the wedding itself. For the couple with a destination wedding these sessions aren’t to be overlooked!
These are just some of the many considerations we will discuss when we meet for an initial consultation. During that consultation we’ll also get to know one another and see if you feel that our styles mesh and that we share the same vision for your images. It is important that everyone feels comfortable and that there is good communication and a clear understanding of what expectations you have.
Do not underestimate the importance of your wedding photographs. These photographs will last a lifetime, long after the flowers are gone and the cake has been eaten, the images that we make on your wedding day will be your reminder of this special event in your life. Quality photography is an investment. While disposable cameras on the tables and friends with a camera may seem like attractive options from a price standpoint, remember that in most instances the results are less than spectacular. There is no substitute for a professional photographer with the knowledge and equipment who can deliver the stunning images that you deserve. We do not hold dates unless a contract for your wedding photography has been executed. We get requests for the same day several times throughout the year and it is considered available until we have a signed contract.

Portrait Parties
For a bridesmaid gift, girls’ night or Sweet 16 Party that no one will forget, host a portrait party in almost any special location you’d like. Imagine you and your friends among the lights, make-up, big hair, you name it! I’ll set up a mini-studio in your home and the party-goers can just keep parading on through! Packages start at $250 depending on the number of revelers and the options you choose. Use your own hair and make-up artists or we can supply them on request, at an additional fee.
