Community good deeds…

October 21, 2008 by Peter Quinn

Just a quick shout out to Andrew and some of the other local Boy Scouts for their work at Infant Savior Church. Andrew is going for his Eagle Scout project and it involves removing and replacing a bunch of dilapidated fencing near the church’s pre-school. Thanks a bunch Andrew and good luck on your project and we’ll be checking back in on you!

What a great weekend! The leaves have turned and are starting to drop but we still had enough time for one last drive through the countryside to enjoy them. Laura and I stopped at the famous Roscoe Diner and enjoyed a piece of pie and then took in the sights. As I have said before, this time of year in NY is really special with all the colors and the crisp air.

This is a busy week with the Photo Expo in NYC. It’s always a good time and it’s a bit like a candy store for photographers. New gear and goodies!
